Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Throne Eats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Throne Eats is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim.
